First the Play

This is the story of an old woman who needs cheering up. A young man comes along and helps her see that she has always had everything she needs. Together they make a delicious pot of Nail Soup. Filled with movement and music, this sweet story will captivate children and adults alike.
Most appropriate for ages 2-9


Then the "Play"
After the performance, the children are invited to play with the performers! This is an opportunity for the kids to interact with the performers one on one. The kids are invited to come onto the mats and crawl, roll and tumble on, under and all around the performers. See website www.playafterplay.com for more info.

First the Play - The Curing Fox

When a young girl falls ill with a terrible cough, the old old healer woman sends her father out in the snow to track a young fox. To save his daughter, he must save the fox, for the two are deeply connected. This touching story will captivate children and adults alike. Most appropriate for ages 2 - 9.


Then the "Play"

After the performance, the children are invited to play with the performers! Known as "Original Play", this is an opportunity to the kids to interact with the performers one on one. First the Play - The Snake with Seven Heads

Everyone loves to watch Manjusa dance. When a terrible curse turns her husband into a snake with seven heads, she must protect him from the fears of the villagers. And to break the spell she must dance and dance and dance. Filled with traditional music, this touching story will captivate children and adults alike. Most appropriate for ages 2 - 9.
